Our 24 hour urgent care facility caters to minor medical emergency and provides medical care for illnesses or injuries which require prompt attention, but are typically not of such seriousness as to require the services of an emergency room.

BILLING AND INSURANCE

Upon arriving at our Urgent Care Unit, you will be asked to advise us whether or not you have health insurance. After charges for your services are accounted for, our team will generate a billing statement and submit this statement along with all claim forms to your insurance provider.
 
Depending on your health insurance coverage, you may be personally responsible for payment for treatment and services provided by your doctor or other health care providers. Please contact your health plan to confirm benefit coverage, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance and other plan provisions that may impact your personal responsibility for payment.
 
It will be your responsibility to pay for any amounts not covered by your health plan. 
 
If you are uninsured, you will also be responsible for the total amount of the cost of services listed on the final bill presented to you.
